In this session we will use Project 2010 to identify, describe and illustrate useful scheduling and management techniques for project leaders in conventional or accelerated project environments. We will examine Project 2010's usage as a small team management tool and as a source to ensure project leadership is data informed for decision making.

1. Identify, describe and illustrate useful scheduling tools and management techniques for project leaders in conventional or accelerated project environments.
2. Through live demonstration in Project 2010 identify and illustrate the capabilities of Project 2010 to inform project leadership regardless of the environments listed in #1 above.
3. Identify, describe and illustrate effective tools for leading a small team regardless of the environments listed in #1 above.
