Project Server 2010 (Configuring 70-177)
Microsoft Project 2010 Server
Certification Review
This instructor led lab focuses on common questions and needs derived from msProjectExperts customers and students. Three areas tend to generate the most questions for those new to Project Server 2010; Implementation best practices, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Project Types. The session starts with a review of implementation best practices. You learn about the security preparations required prior to beginning an implementation so that you can avoid deployment delays. You also learn about common security issues and best practices for configuring Business Intelligence and about the infrastructure components that are involved with Business Intelligence, how they work together. Configuring Project Server to work the way your company works is a great way to get exceptional value out of the solution. You learn about Enterprise Project Types and get a clear understanding of how you can use these. You also walk through the process of modifying your SharePoint team site template and building out an Enterprise Project Type.

SharePoint 2010 (Administration 70-668)
Are you tired of "figuring out" how to get SharePoint Server 2010 installed and configured? If so then come to this half day workshop where renowned SharePoint Administrators and MVPs Todd Klindt and Shane Young will teach you everything you need to know. Between the two of them they have done over 100 customer installs and quite frankly have it down to a science. They will demo and walk you through one of those installs. And not a fancy, everything is magic demo but an honest, this is how they do it for customers demo.
